DIM has become a leader in the commissioning of apartments in 2024

This year, DIM has confirmed its reputation as one of the leaders in the Kyiv real estate market by commissioning 1,160 apartments in two residential complexes - New Autograph and LUCKY LAND. This achievement puts the company at the forefront among development companies in the capital, emphasizing its contribution to the expansion and development of the city's housing infrastructure.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, DIM has demonstrated its commitment to investors and the public by commissioning over 86,700 sq.m. living space, despite the challenges the country faces. By the end of 2024, DIM intends to commission another 100,000 sq.m. housing, expanding its portfolio in the capital and region in four residential complexes.
