The third stage of LUCKY LAND construction received a postal address

The Svyatoshyn District State Administration in Kyiv has officially assigned the address of house No. 3 of the LUCKY LAND eco-city from DIM — 4D Berkovetska Street.

By May 1, 2024, the DIM company plans to complete the production of technical passports and start handing over the apartments to new owners.

"Getting an address is another important stage in the process of putting the house into operation. Congratulations to the future residents who trusted us during the construction phase of LUCKY LAND. We appreciate it and, despite the external circumstances, do everything in our power to fulfill our obligations," comments Oleksandr Nasikovsky, managing partner of the DIM group of companies.

Future residents of LUCKY LAND have their own developed infrastructure and barbecue areas, designer lobbies and renovated apartments, and a closed outbuilding area at their service. As always, the green yard is car-free, and for car owners there is an underground parking lot. Security is guaranteed by round-the-clock security and video surveillance.
